📍 Marrakech Palm Grove – June 17-20, 2025 The 12th edition of SIT Africa ForumThe unmissable event for African cybersecurity decision-makers was held in the prestigious setting of the Marrakech Palmeraie. For four days, more than 800 participants - of which 350 CIOs, CISOs and IT decision-makers invited – were brought together around key themes, including strategic conferences, technical workshops, business meetings and high-level networking opportunities.

This edition also brought together 74 partner publishers and integratorsrepresenting the most innovative technologies and services in the cyber sector.

Inaugural Conference

A launch focused on the strategic challenges of digital Africa
A true highlight of the forum, the opening conference laid the groundwork for in-depth discussions on the continent's digital transformation and the resulting cybersecurity challenges. Four inspiring keynote speeches punctuated this opening session.

"AI: Between the promise of growth and the imperative of vigilance"
He highlighted the dual nature of AI in Africa, capable of generating $2.9 billion in additional GDP by 2030He also highlighted the systemic risks it entails, calling for responsible adoption adapted to African realities.

"Cyber threat mapping: focus on Africa and Morocco"
Facing 28,000 attacks detected since January 2025, with peaks reaching 281 GbpsHe advocated for proactive cybersecurity measures, centered around the end-to-end visibility, of the detection of internal threats, and of interdisciplinary collaboration.

"Cloud & network security: towards operational convergence"
He shared best practices on the seamless integration of security devices in the era of accelerated cloudification, with one objective: Securing hybrid environments while maintaining IT performance.

"Cyber Resilience: From Concept to Architecture"
In a remarkably clear keynote address, he deconstructed preconceived notions about cyber resilience to offer a concrete interpretation, structured around the Cyber Resilience Manifesto, of the threat-based defense models and of thecontinuity engineering.

24 thematic sessions were offered by the forum's partners. These conferences and workshops allowed participants to explore concrete use cases, exchange best practices, and discover innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of the African fabric.

SIT Africa 2025 has generated over 3,000 qualified appointments via the platform BtoB XCOM Connect.
