Because of the circulation of Covid-19 and its variants, all entry to and exit from French territory is regulated. As part of the strategy to reopen France's borders, A classification of countries/territories has been defined and is regularly updated by the French government, depending on the health situation.
As of today (1 July 2021), the classification is as follows:
- Green countries and territories >
No circulation of the virus and no worrying variants identified.
Orange countries and territories >
Virus activity under control, with no worrying variants spreading.
- Red countries and territories >
Active circulation of the virus, with a worrying number of variants.

On arrival in Morocco.
Classification in Morocco :
The Moroccan authorities have announced the gradual resumption of flights from 15 June 2021. based on a classification of countries into two lists, A and B.
List A : Countries with positive indicators such as United Nations member states that are not included in list B.
List B : Countries where variants are spreading or where there are no precise statistics on the epidemiological situation (including France).

Please check which list your country belongs to.
Condition list A : The PCR test is no longer compulsory for vaccinated travellers arriving in Morocco from countries on list A. A vaccination pass OR a certificate stating that the person has been vaccinated is sufficient (2 doses). Otherwise, a PCR test less than 48 hours old is required.
Condition list B : To enter Morocco from countries on list B, Morocco requires vaccinated persons to have a full vaccination passport and a negative PCR test, and non-vaccinated persons to have a negative PCR test no more than 48 hours old on boarding, as well as a 10-day quarantine on arrival, to be paid for by travellers in facilities previously designated by the local authorities.
